Fulfillment & Compliance Certification
All films are shipped directly from SolarGard (SGSG) regional service centers to ensure product integrity and adherence to the 3 PM Standard 3-5 Day FedEx Logistics protocol for full rolls. Per the 2026 USA Product Portfolio, these materials are eligible for the 30% Federal Tax Credit as building envelope components.

The Window Place USA
All orders are F.O.B. shipping point from the SolarGard regional warehouse. Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon delivery to carrier. Prices are in U.S. Dollars. Payment is due in full at time of order. Accepted payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. No COD or checks. Interest of 1.5% per month applies to past-due commercial accounts. All sales of factory-sealed master rolls are final. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days. Returns of unused, non-defective rolls subject to 20% restocking fee. No returns on custom-slit film. Sales tax applies to AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, and TX unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to transaction. Armorcoat 10 Mil, 11 Mil, and 14 Mil are reserved for Certified Partners only. All quotes valid for 30 days from date of issue. The Window Place USA is an authorized distributor of Saint-Gobain SolarGard®. Manufacturer warranties provided by Saint-Gobain SolarGard and subject to their terms.
