Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need special tools to install window film?
A basic kit does the job: a spray bottle with soapy water, a squeegee, a sharp utility knife, and a lint-free cloth. No power tools or professional equipment required.
What’s the difference between TrueVue and PureVue?
TrueVue is an optically clear film that cuts glare and UV while keeping the natural look of your glass. PureVue is a nearly invisible ceramic solar-control film that also blocks significant heat — ideal when comfort and energy savings matter most.
Can I return the film if it doesn’t work for my windows?
Unopened, factory-sealed rolls can be returned per our Returns Policy. Because film is cut from full master rolls, opened or partially used rolls can’t be returned — so measure carefully before you order, or reach out and we’ll help you choose.
