This is a material-only purchase. The Window Place USA is a wholesale distributor — we supply the film, not installation labor. Most of our customers are professional installers, contractors, facility managers, and procurement officers who arrange their own installation.

Yes. We ship to all 50 states via FedEx Ground. Government agencies, schools, and commercial buyers can use P-Card, purchase orders, or standard payment methods. We are SAM.gov registered (CAGE: 52MH9) for federal procurement.

OSW (Outside Surface Weatherable) film is designed to be installed on the exterior surface of glass. Sentinel Plus exterior films provide security, solar control, or both — and are engineered to withstand outdoor weather exposure including UV, rain, and temperature cycling.

Exterior film is ideal when interior access is limited (e.g., occupied spaces, historic interiors), when the glass type requires exterior application, or when the project specification calls for outside-surface installation. Sentinel Plus exterior films are also used on insulated glass units (IGUs) where interior film could cause thermal stress.

Yes. Sentinel Plus exterior films are widely specified for federal facilities, military installations, embassies, and courthouses. They support GSA/ISC and UFC 4-010-01 compliance requirements and are available through government procurement channels (P-Card, purchase orders, SAM.gov).

Government procurement officers, military facility managers, commercial contractors, security consultants, and professional window film installers. Sentinel Plus is a standard specification for exterior security and solar control retrofits on federal and commercial buildings.

Sentinel Plus is applied to the exterior glass surface and is engineered for outdoor weather exposure. Armorcoat is applied to the interior surface. Both hold shattered glass together, but the choice depends on glass type, access, and project specifications. Compare all safety & security films here.
